Maipo River is recognized for its cold water, waves and whitewater where people can enjoy Rafting Class 3 and 4.

It’s time to challenge the Maipo River!
We will take you to do rafting in the Maipo River where you will live an unforgettable experience. The descent contemplates the stretch between El Melocoton to San Jose de Maipo sectors which has a distance of 11 kilometers (6.8 miles). In this section of the river you will find great variety of rapids and waves (Class 3 and 4). This activity has an Intermediate difficulty level and the minimum age is 10 years old. Full security equipment and professional guides are included. At the beginning of the activity you will have all the instructions and security information by experienced professionals. During the rafting you will be able to contemplate impressive landscapes and colors. After the rafting, we will have lunch in a typical Chilean restaurant in San Jose de Maipo.

We will travel to Maipo Valley and visit Concha y Toro Winery (Or other winery depending on availability). You will have the opportunity to walk by the vines, explore the wine cellar, and taste delicious Chilean premium wine. Besides, you will learn about wine making process and Chilean wine traditions.
Time to go back to Santiago!
We will take you back to your hotel in Santiago for about 1 hour. During the road trip, you will be delighted with Chilean music.
