Outstanding Customer Service - Professionalism - High Quality Service
"We had the privilege of booking a private all-day tour with ilovechile Tours. Our guide, Sebastion, was fantastic. We had our own minibus complete with a driver pick us up directly from the cruise terminal with all our luggage. The 6 of us was then whisked away for the tour for the whole day. The combination of driving and walking tour in and around Valparaiso and Vina del Mar was exhilarating. Sabastion spoke English perfectly and was a wealth of knowledge of the history, culture, and flavor of Chile without getting you bogged down in dry boring details. He kept it light and informative and entertaining. Interesting comparison of the two cities. Valpo with all its incredible street art/performers and graffiti is a sight to behold. Vina del Mar is quite different with more upscale shops and vibrant touristic ambience. Sebastion took us to a quaint local restaurant for the best Chilean seafood and Empanadas we have had the entire 4 weeks we were in Argentina, Brazil and Chile! We ended our tour with them dropping us off at our hotel at the end of the day. The driver kept a watchful eye on our belongings; never leaving the minibus unattended. We felt very safe and well looked after. We highly recommend this little gem of an operation run by Sebastion and his wife."

"Sebastian was waiting for us with the van ready to go at the cruise port. We participated in a wine tour and tasting at Indomita winery.
